  5. Make all the food!

    I feel especially food-productive in the last few days.  I made two entremets at school (photos coming) two loaves of white bread at home, a coconut chocolate pie and a blueberry pie (for pie day), ice cream at work, and avocado mac and cheese.  

     

  6. Making a chocolate sculpture was probably the most frustrating/infuriating thing I have ever done, and next term I will be doing a whole lot of it.  Oh boy.

  8. Look at the pretty colour of my macarons!  Unfortunately after they baked they turned beige on the outside.  They still had a nice lavender inside though…

  9. Charlotte Russe. (Lady fingers, cranberry and raspberry hibiscus bavarian cream, chantalilly cream, toasted almonds, and a raspberry for garnish.)
